Cream cheese bread with apple wedges

  • 1 TEASPOON (3 g) Hazelnut flakes
  • 1/4 (40 g) Apples
  • 1 washer (40 g) Wholemeal bread
  • 3 tablespoons (20 g each) granular cream cheese (3,9 % fat)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Zirton balm

Directions

    Roast the hazelnut flakes in a pan without fat while turning for about 2 minutes, remove. Core the apple quarters and cut into 2 slices. Cover bread with cream cheese and apple. Sprinkle with hazelnut leaves and garnish with lemon balm.
