Light Paprika Cheese Toasts

Ingredients

  • 1/2 red, yellow and green peppers
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 (approx. 300 g) Chicken filets
  • 1 TABLESPOON Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TABLESPOON Tomato paste
  • 1 jar (180 g) Aiwar (spicy-hot spice paste)
  • 4 discs (30 g each) White bread
  • 2 discs (40 g each) low-fat Gouda cheese (17 % fat)

Directions

    Clean, wash and cut the peppers into strips. Peel onion and cut into strips. Wash the meat, dab dry. Heat oil in a pan, fry meat for 6-10 minutes, turning.

    Take it out, season with salt and pepper. Stew the prepared vegetables in the frying fat for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in tomato paste and 2 tablespoons of aiwar. Toast the slices of bread.

    Spread with the rest of the aiwar. Cut the meat diagonally into slices. Cover slices of bread with meat and paprika. Cut cheese into strips and spread on the bread slices. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 5 minutes.
