Oat muesli with fruit (diet)

Ingredients

  • 1 TEASPOON (5 g) Hazelnut flakes
  • 1/2 (25 g) Kiwi
  • 2 (20 g each) Apricot halves
  • 150 g low-fat yoghurt
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Apple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons (approx. 20 g) Oatmeal

Directions

    Roast the hazelnut flakes in a pan without fat, remove. Peel and slice the kiwi. Cut apricot halves into 3 slices each. Mix yoghurt and apple syrup.

    Arrange yoghurt, fruit and oatmeal in a bowl and sprinkle with the hazelnut flakes.
