  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1 Stiel glatte Petersilie
  • 2 discs Sandwich whole grain toast
  • 2 TEASPOONS spicy mustard
  • 2 leaves Iceberg lettuce
  • 80 g wafer-thin slices of smoked turkey breast

Directions

    Clean and wash the peppers and cut them into fine strips. Wash the parsley and remove the leaves. Toast slices of toast, spread with mustard. Wash the salad, dab dry and pluck a little smaller.

    Cover a disc with it. Spread turkey breast slices and strips of paprika on top. Sprinkle with parsley. Place a second slice of toast and serve.
