Ingredients

  • 1/2 446- ml-can pineapple in slices
  • 2 red chillies
  • 2 stem(s) Mint
  • 100 g Skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 150 g Turkey escalope
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Oil
  • 2 wooden skewers

Directions

    Drain the pineapple. Clean 1 chilli pepper, cut in half and scrape out the seeds. Wash the pod and chop finely. Wash the mint, dab dry, put something aside for garnishing. Cut the rest into fine strips.

    Cut 1 slice of pineapple in half. Finely dice the rest of the pineapple. Mix yoghurt with chilli, mint and pineapple cubes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Wash meat, dab dry, cut lengthwise into fine strips. Place the meat on two skewers in a wave shape. Heat oil in a coated pan and fry skewers in it for 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve skewers with pineapple slice and dip.
