Light farmhouse bread with trout filet (diet)

  • 7-10 Tbsp e
  • 30 g cream cheese preparation (12 % fat absolute)
  • 1 tsp (5 g) grated horseradish (glass)
  • 1 disc (60 g) farmhouse bread
  • 1 (60 g) smoked trout fillet
  • 1 TEASPOON Chive rolls
  • 7-10 Tbsp pink pepper berries

Directions

    Clean, wash and dry the lettuce leaves. Mix cream cheese with horseradish. Place the salad leaves and trout fillet one after the other on the slice of bread. Pour cream cheese mixture on the trout fillet.

    Sprinkle with chives and pink pepper.
