  • 1 Apricot (50 g)
  • 4 tablespoons (20 g each) low-fat yoghurt
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Honey
  • 20 g sugar-reduced crunchy muesli without raisins
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm

Directions

    Wash and quarter the apricot and remove the stone. Fill yoghurt, apricot slices, honey and muesli alternately in 2-3 layers into a tall glass and decorate with lemon balm.
