Stuffed grapefruit

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pink grapefruit
  • 1 spearmint stem
  • 150 g Low-fat curd
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Honey

Directions

    Remove the fillets from the grapefruit with a grapefruit knife. Cut out parting skins. Wash mint and dab dry. Cut the leaves, except for 1 piece, into thin strips. Set aside 1 grapefruit fillet.

    Mix quark, honey, mint strips and remaining grapefruit fillets and fill into the grapefruit half. Decorate with mint and fillet.
