Filled chicory with yoghurt-curd cream and mandarins

Ingredients

  • 4 TABLESPOONS (à 30 g) Low-fat curd
  • 3 tablespoons (20 g each) low-fat yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon (15 g) Sugar
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Lemon juice
  • 1/2 314 ml can of mandarin oranges
  • 1 (150 g) small cob chicory
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sesame seed
  • 1 Wholemeal roll

Directions

    Mix quark, yoghurt, sugar and lemon juice. Pour mandarin oranges into a sieve. Clean the chicory, loosen the outer 6 leaves. Halve the remaining chicory and cut into strips.

    Fold mandarins, except for 6 pieces, and chicory strips into the curd mixture. Place 3 lettuce leaves on top of each other and fill with the quark mixture. Arrange on a plate and garnish with mandarin fillets and sesame seeds.

    Cut the buns into slices and add them.
