Halve the papaya. Remove the seeds of the papaya with a tablespoon. Peel the papaya and cut into slices. Wash the parsley, dab dry and pluck the leaves from the stalks. Wash the dill, dab dry and pluck the dill flags.
Toast bread and spread a thin layer of cream cheese on top. Cut the bread diagonally. Cover two triangles with papaya, salmon, herbs and salmon caviar. Place remaining toast triangles on top and garnish each with a slice of papaya and some caviar.
Serve immediately.
