Strawberry Bread

Ingredients

  • 250 g Strawberries
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few stalks of chives
  • 1 TEASPOON pickled green pepper
  • 1 TABLESPOON White wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1/2 bunch (approx. 30 g) Rocket
  • 100 g Multigrain baguette
  • 40 g low-fat cream cheese (0,2 % fat)
  • 6 discs (5 g each) gossamer cut cooked ham

Directions

    Wash the strawberries, put two aside, clean the rest and cut into slices. Wash the chives, dab dry and cut into small rolls. Mix strawberries, chives, pepper and vinegar, season with salt. Wash the rocket, drain well.

    Cut bread in half horizontally, spread with cream cheese. Cover with ham and strawberry mixture. Spread rocket on top. Garnish with strawberries set aside
