Apricot and oat muesli (diet)

Ingredients

  • 3 Apricots (90 g)
  • 20 g crunchy oats
  • 150 g Skimmed milk yoghurt (0,3 % fat)
  • 1 teaspoon (10 g each) Maple syrup
  • 1 tsp (6 g) crushed pistachio kernels

Directions

    Score the apricots crosswise on the round side, place them in boiling water for 1/2 minute, take them out and rinse them under cold water. Skin the apricots and cut them into slices, removing the stones.

    Fill oat flakes, yoghurt and apricot slices into a small bowl, drizzle with maple syrup and sprinkle with pistachio nuts.
