Turkey breast mango sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Mango
  • 25 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 3 stalks of chives
  • 1 1/2 discs Toast
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 30 g wafer-thin slices of smoked turkey breast

Directions

    Peel the mango, cut the flesh in fine slices from the stone. Clean, wash and drain the lamb's lettuce. Cut chives into small rolls. Roast the toast in a toaster until golden brown.

    Spread 1 slice of toast with yoghurt, season with salt and pepper. Cover with lamb's lettuce, mango and turkey breast. Sprinkle with chives. Serve covered with half of the toast
