Ingredients

  • 1 Wholemeal roll
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Cream cheese (21 % fat in dry matter)
  • 2 Salad leaves
  • 1 small tomato
  • 1 smoked trout fillet (or 40 g raw beef ham)
  • 1 TEASPOON Horseradish from the jar
  • 150 g Cucumber
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sea salt

Directions

    Cut the bread roll open, toast lightly and spread the halves with the cream cheese. Wash the salad leaves. Wash, clean and slice the tomato. Cover the lower half of the roll with the lettuce leaves, tomato slices and trout filet. Spread thinly with the horseradish. Place the other half of the roll on top. Wash the cucumber, cut into thick slices, salt and serve with the roll.

    Instead of the trout you can also take 40 g raw beef ham. Kcal then 270, fat remains
