Turkey rolls with salad

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 500 g Carrots
  • 1 Onion
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper from the mill
  • 1 TABLESPOON sweet-sour sauce
  • 1/2 bunch Chives
  • 1 package (150 g) tender turkey breast mildly smoked (2 % fat)
  • 125 g Low-fat curd
  • 1/2 Head frisée salad
  • 3 Tomatoes
  • 1 pickled cucumber
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp wooden sticks

Directions

    Peel and wash the carrots and cut them into long fine strips. Peel and finely chop the onion. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil. Steam onion and carrots for about 5 minutes at medium heat. Season with salt and pepper, stir in sweet and sour sauce.

    Wash the chives and cut into small rolls. Place 4-6 slices of turkey breast on top of each other, slightly flaky. Spread carrots on top. Add 1 blob of quark and sprinkle with chives. Roll up and fix with wooden sticks.

    For the salad, wash and clean the frisée, tomatoes and cucumber. Roughly pluck the frisée and cut the tomatoes and cucumber into slices. Whip lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of oil. Season with salt, pepper and 1 pinch of sugar.

    Mix salad ingredients and marinade. Arrange with the rolls in portions. Grind a little fresh pepper on top. Delicious with baguette bread.
