Ham sandwich with corn

Ingredients

  • 25 g Rocket
  • 75 g Vegetable maize (canned)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 6 stalks of chives
  • 1 washer Whole grain bread (60-70 g)
  • 1 tsp (approx. 5 g) Half-fat margarine
  • 50 g cooked ham super thin and very tender

Directions

    Clean and wash the rocket, drain well and cut into strips, except for 1 leaf. Drain corn and mix with rocket and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Wash the chives, dab dry and cut into fine rolls, except for a little garnish.

    Spread wholemeal bread with half-fat and cover with ham. Arrange ham bread and corn salad on a plate. Sprinkle with chives and rocket and garnish.
