Carrots with Parma ham

Ingredients

  • 3 Carrots
  • 50 ml Orange juice
  • 2 stalks of chives
  • 2 discs Parma ham

Directions

    Peel and wash the carrots, leaving a dough of the carrot greens to stand. Halve the carrots. Boil up orange juice and about 100 ml salted water, cover and simmer carrots for 3-4 minutes. Wash the chives and dab dry.

    Remove the carrots from the stock and wrap 3 halves each with a slice of Parma ham and chives.
