Dab meat dry and cut into strips. Marinate in 2 tablespoons of soy sauce. Prepare rice in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Peel garlic and ginger and chop very finely.
Clean, wash and cut the spring onions into rings. Heat oil in a coated pan. Add the meat with the soy sauce, fry for approx. 3 minutes while turning, remove. Fry deep-frozen vegetables at high heat for approx. 3 minutes in the frying fat.
Add ginger, garlic, spring onions and peanuts and fry over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Drain the rice and let it drain. Fold the rice and fillet strips into the vegetables, season to taste with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and pepper.
