Ingredients

  • 500 g Turkey escalope
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1/2 TEASPOON minced fresh ginger
  • 7-10 Tbsp juice and grated zest of 1 untreated lemon
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce
  • 2 stem(s) Thyme and tarragon
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon and ground ginger
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

    Wash the meat, dab dry and dice. Peel onion and garlic. Cut onion into rings, chop garlic. Fry both with ginger in a coated casserole dish. Add meat and fry until golden brown, turning

    Add lemon juice, soy sauce and 150 ml water. Add herbs, spices and lemon zest. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and stew for about 45 minutes at low heat, serve in bowls
