Clean and wash the salad, pluck into bite-sized pieces and drain. Wash the tomatoes, dab dry and cut in half. Halve avocado, remove seeds. Cut the skin of the avocado halves and carefully peel off the flesh. Cut the fruit flesh in half lengthwise and slice
Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into strips. Heat 1/2 tbsp. oil in a coated frying pan. Fry the meat for 5-6 minutes while turning, season with salt and pepper and remove from the heat. Season vinegar with salt and pepper and fold in the remaining oil. Mix salad, meat, tomatoes, avocado and vinaigrette, season again and serve
