  • 250 g waxy potatoes
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 75 g Mushrooms
  • 1–2 Branches of rosemary
  • 1 small clove of garlic
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper

    Peel, wash and dice the potatoes. Heat the oil in a large, coated pan. Fry the potatoes for about 10 minutes while turning them
