Herbal penne with olives (food combining, carbohydrates)

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 50 g Noodles (e.g. penne)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1/2 bunch Basil
  • 1 small clove of garlic
  • 75 ml cold vegetable stock
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 20 g black olives
  • 10 g grated parmesan cheese

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. In the meantime, wash the basil, dab dry and remove the leaves. Peel garlic and chop roughly. Finely puree the stock, oil, garlic and basil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cut olives into rings

    Drain the pasta and mix with pesto and olives. Sprinkle with parmesan
