  • 250 g Broccoli
  • 1/2 bunch Parsley
  • 1/4 Head radicchio salad
  • 60 g Durum wheat noodles (e.g. spaghetti)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 1/2 TSP. Olive oil
  • 5 TSP Vegetable broth
  • 2 Walnut kernels
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

    Wash and clean the broccoli and cut into florets. Wash parsley, shake dry, put something aside for garnishing. Clean and wash the radicchio and cut into fine strips. Prepare pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Add the broccoli to the pasta about 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time and cook along

    Finely chop parsley with oil, stock and nuts in the universal chopper. Pour the pasta into a sieve and drain. Put the radicchio, pasta and pesto back into the pot and toss briefly, season with salt and pepper. Arrange the pasta on a plate and garnish with parsley
