Berry and pear smoothie

Ingredients

  • 250 g Strawberries
  • 250 g Currants
  • 125 g Raspberries
  • 7-10 Tbsp 1 pear (approx. 300 g)
  • 7-10 Tbsp 6-7 ice cubes (approx. 120 g)

Directions

    Wash and drain the strawberries and currants. Clean and quarter the strawberries, strip the currants from the panicles. Sort the raspberries. Peel, quarter and core the pear. Put the fruit together with the ice cubes in a blender and puree finely.

    Pour into jars.
