Avocado spinach smoothie

  • 50 g Baby leaf spinach
  • 250 g green seedless grapes
  • 7-10 Tbsp 1 organic lime
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 4 TABLESPOONS lime juice, -peel
  • 300 ml apple juice
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Agave syrup

Directions

    Sort out baby leaf spinach, wash and drain. Wash and pluck the grapes. Wash lime with hot water, dab dry and rub the skin off. Squeeze the lime. Halve and stone the avocado.

    Remove the flesh from the skin. Put avocado, grapes and spinach with lime juice, lime peel, apple juice and agave syrup into a blender and puree finely. Pour into glasses.
