Ginger-Pineapple Bubble

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 50 g Ginger
  • 4 TABLESPOONS demerara sugar
  • 1/2 l chilled pineapple juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/⁄2 l chilled carbonated mineral water
  • 4 thin pineapple slices and 4 wooden skewers
  • 7-10 Tbsp Ice cube

Directions

    Peel and grate the ginger. Mix with sugar and 1⁄8 l water. Leave to stand for at least 1 hour. Pour through a sieve, squeeze and mix with pineapple juice and lemon juice. Put ice cubes and juice into glasses.

    Pour in mineral water. Spike pineapple slices and decorate the drinks with them.
