Rose water lemonade

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 Lemons (including 1 organic)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 2 untreated roses (greengrocer or own garden)
  • 1 l Sparkling mineral water
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few drops of rosewater
  • 7-10 Tbsp Ice cube

Directions

    Wash organic lemon hot, cut into thin slices. Squeeze another lemon. Heat the juice and sugar until the sugar has dissolved. Let it cool down. Pluck off rose petals. Place in a carafe with lemon slices and juice.

    Fill up with mineral water and carefully flavour with rose water. Chill for about 30 minutes. Serve with ice cubes.
