Iced sherbet with mint

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 Bag of black tea
  • 1 TABLESPOON Sugar
  • 1 Organic Orange
  • 4 small stems of mint
  • 1 (1 l) bottle of well-chilled "Citrus Summer"
  • 7-10 Tbsp Ice cube

Directions

    Pour 200 ml of boiling water over tea and sugar, steep for about 3 minutes, then let it cool down. Wash orange hot, cut into thin slices. Wash the mint, pluck the lower leaves from the stalk.

    Place the orange, mint leaves, ice cubes and tea in glasses. Fill up with Citrus Summer, put 1 mint stick in each.
