Chai with caramel liqueur

Ingredients

  • 4 Bag of Chai-tea
  • 3-4 Tsp Sugar
  • 1⁄4 Tsp ground cinnamon
  • 150 ml Milk
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Coffee liqueur (e.g. Kahlúa)

Directions

    Pour 1 l boiling water over chai tea. Cover and leave to infuse for 7-10 minutes. Mix sugar and cinnamon. Heat milk, froth up. Divide liqueur between four glasses. Pour chai tea over the liqueur.

    Add the frothed milk and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
