Ingredients

  • 2 Federation fresh mint
  • 2 Limes
  • 7-10 Tbsp demerara sugar

Directions

    Wash the mint, shake dry and arrange in four glasses with the stems. Fill up with boiling hot water. Leave to stand for at least 5 minutes.

    Wash, dry and halve the limes. Serve the mint tea with lime and sugar. Press lime juice into the tea and sweeten according to taste.
