Ingredients

  • 100 g frozen blueberries and raspberries
  • 100 ml Apricot nectar
  • 150 ml Kefir

Directions

    Defrost 100 g each of frozen blueberries and raspberries overnight in the refrigerator. The next morning puree finely with 100 ml apricot nectar and 150 ml kefir with a hand blender.

    Pour into a glass and serve the smoothie immediately.
