Ingredients

  • 200 ml + 1 l milk
  • 4 TABLESPOONS good cocoa powder
  • 2 TEASPOONS Sugar
  • 100 g Dark chocolate coating
  • 100 g Whipped cream

Directions

    Mix 200 ml milk, cocoa and sugar. Bring 1 l milk to the boil, add the mixed cocoa and bring to the boil again while stirring.

    Chop the couverture, melt in hot cocoa while stirring. Whip the cream until stiff. Pour hot chocolate into six cups and add 1 blob of cream to each.
