Cut the cranberries in half or roughly into small pieces. Put the berries and orange liqueur in a bowl and leave to stand for about 1 hour. First lightly roast the pistachios in a pan without fat, then chop roughly. Wash the orange, grate dry and peel one half of the peel as a spiral. Cut the other half into corners.
Simmer white wine, grape juice, Glühfix and sugar for 2-3 minutes. Add pistachios and cranberries. Fill orange corners into glasses. Pour in hot mulled wine and decorate with the orange spiral
