  • 2 cl Tangerine liqueur
  • 2 TEASPOONS Grapefruit juice
  • 2 pink grapefruit fillets
  • 2 Tangerine slices (canned)
  • 100 ml dry champagne
  • 7-10 Tbsp Melissa

Directions

    Put the tangerine liqueur and grapefruit juice in a champagne flute. Add grapefruit fillets and mandarin slices and fill up with well chilled sparkling wine. Garnish with lemon balm
