Hot apple punch with cream topping

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 1-2 knife tip ground cinnamon
  • 750 ml cloudy apple juice
  • 1/4 l Cider
  • 3 Cloves
  • 1 stick of cinnamon
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Honey
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Calvados
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cinnamon

Directions

    Whip the cream and cinnamon until half stiff and chill. Boil up juice, cider, cloves, cinnamon and honey. Pass through a sieve. Add the Calvados and fill into glasses. Pour cream into a piping bag with a star-shaped spout and pour as a cap on the punch.

    Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve immediately.
