Greek bean salad

Ingredients

  • 250 g Rice noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 500 g French beans
  • 3 Meat Tomatoes
  • 1 (approx. 300 g) Vegetable Onion
  • 250 g Greek cream yoghurt
  • 1/8 l Milk
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2 stem(s) Thyme
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Clean and wash the beans and cook in boiling salted water for 12-15 minutes. Wash and clean tomatoes and cut them into pieces.

    Peel and chop the onion. Mix yoghurt and milk. Peel garlic and chop finely. Wash the thyme and pluck the leaves from the stems. Stir garlic, thyme, lemon juice and olive oil into the yoghurt.

    Season with salt, pepper and 1 pinch of sugar. Drain the noodles and beans, rinse with cold water and place in a bowl. Add onion and tomatoes and pour the yoghurt sauce over it. Mix well and season again.

    Pepperoni tastes good with it.
