- 2 cl Southern Comfort (whisky liqueur)
- 1 TEASPOON Lime juice
- 100 ml dry champagne
- 1 washer Carambola
- 1 washer Lime

Pour the liqueur and lime juice into a cocktail glass. Top up with well chilled sparkling wine. Garnish with 1 slice of carambola and 1 slice of lime.
