Ingredients

  • 80 g Sugar
  • 1 short tsp almond liqueur
  • 7-10 Tbsp red food colouring

Directions

    Mix sugar and liqueur. Squeeze half of the sugar into 6 wells of a flexible ice cube mould. Colour the remaining sugar pink with a little food colouring and press it into the remaining star-shaped bowls. Leave the sugar warm and dry for about 5 hours. Carefully squeeze solid sugar out of the bowls.
