Ingredients

  • 150 g Sugar
  • 8 fresh egg yolks
  • 1⁄2 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Rum
  • 800 ml White wine

Directions

    Whisk the sugar, egg yolk, cinnamon and lemon juice with the whisk of the mixer for about 10 minutes until thick and frothy. Pour into a tall pot. Stir in rum and white wine. Heat over low heat while stirring (do not boil!) and whip again briefly.

    Serve immediately in glasses.
