Ingredients

  • 4 TABLESPOONS Raisins
  • 4 TABLESPOONS brown rum
  • 1 (0,75 l) bottle of white wine
  • 80 g demerara sugar
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon
  • 7-10 Tbsp thinly peeled peel of 1 organic lemon
  • 4 Star Anise

Directions

    Rinse and drain the raisins. Put 1 tablespoon in each of four heat-resistant glasses and sprinkle each with 1 tablespoon of rum. Heat white wine with sugar, cinnamon and lemon peel, but do not boil.

    Pour into the glasses immediately and serve with star anise as desired.
