Vegetables with cream cheese dip

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 50 g light cream cheese (40 % calorie reduced)
  • 100 g Low-fat curd
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 1 peeled onion
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Chive rolls
  • 100 g cleaned carrots, kohlrabi and peppers
  • 30 g Nibble bars or
  • 3 discs Crispbread

Directions

    Stir cream cheese with curd and 1 tablespoon of water until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Finely dice onion. Stir the chive rolls into the quark cheese cream. Cut kohlrabi and carrots into long sticks, peppers into slices.

    Eat pastry or crispbread with it.
