Ingredients

  • 1/2 small head white cabbage (approx. 400 g)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Vinegar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 3-4 Stem(s) Parsley
  • 4 Pretzel rolls
  • 4 TABLESPOONS coarse mustard
  • 8 discs (20 g each) Meatloaf

Directions

    Halve the cabbage and remove the stalk. Cut quarter crosswise into fine strips. Sprinkle with salt, vinegar and oil and knead vigorously with your hands. Season salad with pepper and let it stand for about 2 hours. Wash the parsley and chop the leaves.

    Cut the rolls in half, spread the lower half with 1 tablespoon of mustard and cover each roll with 2 slices of meat loaf. Add parsley to the coleslaw. Season the salad again, put it on the Leberkäse and finish with the upper half of the roll. Serve with pepperoni
