Buffer-Taler with apple and turkey

Ingredients

  • 200 g Brunch légère spread with herbs
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Horseradish (glass)
  • 12 deep-frozen potato pancakes
  • 2 small apples
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 1-2 red onions
  • 6 stalks of chives
  • 36 wafer-thin slices of smoked turkey breast
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • baking paper

Directions

    Mix cream cheese and horseradish. Place the buffer on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Place one teaspoon of spread in the middle of each and bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 5-10 minutes. In the meantime, wash and quarter the apples and remove the core. Cut apple quarters into thin slices and sprinkle with lemon juice.

    Peel onions and cut into thin rings. Cut chives into thin rings. Take buffers out of the oven and cover with turkey slices, apple slices and onion slices. Sprinkle with chives and pepper
