Cut a lid off the roll. Hollow out the roll a little bit. Clean and wash the rocket. Chop half roughly. Pluck the mackerel fillet into pieces. Beat the egg and mineral water, season with salt and pepper.
Heat the oil in a coated pan. Pour in the egg. Add chopped rocket and push the egg together again and again. Place fish on top. Put a part of the rocket leaves into the roll. Add scrambled eggs with fish on top.
Sprinkle with remaining rocket and pink berries. Add the tops of the bread rolls.
