Ingredients

  • 1 piece(s) red pepper (20 g)
  • 1/2 (approx. 150 g) Avocado
  • 1 TEASPOON Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 30 g North Sea crab meat
  • 1 washer (40 g) Wholemeal bread
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Garden Cress

Directions

    Clean, wash and cut the peppers into small cubes. Remove the avocado flesh from the skin, crush it coarsely with a fork and add lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Fold in crabs and 15 g paprika and spread on the bread.

    Sprinkle with garden cress and remaining paprika.
