Ingredients

  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 piece(s) (approx. 60 g) Cucumber
  • 1 leaf Rocket salad
  • 3 discs Ciabatta bread (approx. 30 g each)
  • 1 TEASPOON Tomato paste
  • 1 TABLESPOON Herbs Cream cheese (16 % fat absolute)
  • 1 1/2 TSP. Horseradish (from the jar)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 Basil stalk
  • 1 washer (20 g) low-fat semi-hard cheese (e.g. Fol Epi)
  • 2-3 stalks of chives

Directions

    Clean, wash and slice the tomato. Wash cucumber, grate dry and cut into fine slices. Wash lettuce and shake dry. Spread each slice of ciabatta with tomato paste, herb cream cheese and 1 teaspoon of horseradish. Cover tomato ciabatta with tomato slices and season with salt and pepper. Garnish with basil.

    Cover cream cheese ciabatta with lettuce and cucumber and season with salt. Cover horseradish ciabatta with cheese. Add 1/2 teaspoon as a blob. Cut chives into rolls and sprinkle on the cheese bread. Arrange everything together
