Ingredients

  • 4 TABLESPOONS (à 20 g) Low-fat curd
  • 2 TEASPOONS Curry
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 small salad leaves
  • 2 discs (30 g each) Whole grain toast
  • 1 Kumquats
  • 2 (20 g each) thin slices of Emmental cheese
  • 6 (25 g) red onion rings
  • 2 Toothpicks

Directions

    Mix quark and curry, season with salt and pepper. Wash the lettuce leaves and dab dry. Cut wholemeal toasts diagonally in half, spread 2 halves with 1 tablespoon curry curd each.

    Wash kumquats, dab dry and cut into slices. Cover the slices coated with curry quark with a salad leaf and a slice of Emmental cheese. Spread onion rings and kumquats on top.

    Add 1 tablespoon of curd cheese as a blob and cover with the 2 other toast sticks. Put 1 toothpick in each sandwitch and arrange on a plate.
