Creamy rice pudding with grapes

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1/2 l Milk
  • 100 g Rice Pudding
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 250 g Grapes (e.g. green and blue)
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cinnamon

Directions

    Boil up the milk. Stir in rice and sugar. Cover and cook over low heat for about 40 minutes. Let it cool down

    In the meantime, wash the grapes, dab dry, halve and possibly remove the seeds. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the rice pudding

    Fill rice pudding into 4 dessert glasses and spread the grapes on top. Dust with cinnamon
