Ingredients

  • 1 small onion (about 35 g)
  • 1/2 bunch Chives
  • 1 Stiel glatte Petersilie
  • 100 g Low-fat curd
  • 6 tablespoons (10 g each) low-fat milk (1,5 % fat)
  • 50 g Cream cheese (cream level 16% fat absolute)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 200 g Kohlrabi
  • 200 g Carrots
  • 1 small red and yellow peppers (approx. 150 g each)
  • 2 snack bars (each approx. 8 g)
  • 7-10 Tbsp fresh herbs

    For the dip, peel and finely dice the onion. Wash the herbs and chop very finely. Mix quark, milk, cream cheese, onion and herbs. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and let stand.

    Then season again. Meanwhile peel and wash kohlrabi and carrots and cut them into long sticks. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into wide strips. Serve prepared vegetables, pastry sticks and dip garnished with fresh herbs.
