Clean and wash the white cabbage and cut into fine strips. Peel and finely dice carrots. Mix orange juice, vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar. Whip the oil into it. Knead marinade and prepared ingredients. Chop the walnuts.
Wash the parsley and chop it too, except for small bunches for garnishing. Wash the apples, cut out the core. Cut into thin slices. Arrange white cabbage salad with apple slices on plates. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts and parsley. Serve garnished with orange slices and parsley
